  • Progressive Training: Adjustments to the workout plan as clients progress to ensure continual improvement and challenge.

  • Specific Training: Focus on particular goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, sports performance, or injury rehabilitation.

2. Nutritional Guidance

  • Diet Plans: General advice on healthy eating and meal planning to complement training goals.

  • Nutritional Coaching: Education on macronutrients, micronutrients, and how they impact performance and health.
